Cancellation Policy
***Please note, parties or large gatherings are not allowed in any of our properties and violation of this requirement will lead to a cancellation of your booking without refund, even if you have already checked in at the property.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, a full refund of your fees will be made for cancellations before 4 weeks of your arrival date, less a $200 administration fee. For credit card payments, there is also a bank charge for refund of $40 in addition to the administration charge. Within 4 weeks of your arrival, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis depending on which nights we can re-book. For example, if all nights can be re-booked, you will receive a full refund (minus any applicable administration/bank/credit card charges), if half the nights are re-booked you will receive a 50% refund (again less any administration fees).
We hope you can understand the need for this as we are a small business and cannot absorb the costs of last minute cancellations. We will do our utmost to re-book cancelled bookings and minimise the costs to you.

Deposit Policy
If you would like to book the accommodation we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking payable either by credit card (Visa or Mastercard,) or bank deposit (no fees if sent from an Australian bank account). For bookings within a month of arrival, the total accommodation fees are due upon booking.
